We’re kick starting your week with some swinging cool music (get it?). Lana Del Rey has released the video for her new single “Ride”, which is taken from her upcoming album “Born To Die: The Paradise Edition” (out November 13, 2012). The music video is almost feature length at a mind-escaping 10 minutes-long and follows Miss Rey in a series of events with some biker dudes.
Directed by Anthony Mandler, who worked with Lana on her “National Anthem” video, the film is very much an homage to all things America. We love the gentle but varied tones to the imagery, making it almost a romantic tinge to the film. The song’s a scorcher too, which explains why there’s already been over 4.6 million views in just four days. If you haven’t already done so, check out the beauty below and let us know your thoughts!
This may already be her gazillionth record but the one thing we’re sure of is that our love for Miss Rey never ceases to fail and we’d probably give our right arm to see this stunning lady in one our our cool, plain asymmetric tees.
Until next week guys!
